Custom Fit Kits
Your floor, prefit to your pattern, before it ever reaches the boat.
We build from your template, drawing or measurements and supply the floor in sections that fit together like a puzzle. Everything is cut, matched and numbered here. It arrives ready to lay.
Available in a range of species, thicknesses, plank widths and plank lengths. Teak and holly, sapele and holly, cherry and holly and walnut and holly are the most requested.
What we need: a template, a pattern or accurate measurements. Send CAD if you have it — our carpenters will tell you what works.
Fabricated Flooring Panels
Solid wood flooring supplied in rectangular and square panels, available in a range of thicknesses.
Panels arrive ready to cut and fit at your location. You do the fitting; we do the milling and the layup. Species, plank width and plank length are all customizable.
Most of what we ship is teak and holly, sapele and holly, cherry and holly, or walnut and holly.
Because the panels are laid up here, they run more consistent than loose tongue and groove. If you want a uniform look across a big interior, this is the step up.

Production flooring for boat builders and manufacturers.
Send us your CAD or template and we hold the pattern, so the same floor runs again on your next hull. Every kit is numbered and crated by PO, part or hull number, then delivered on your build schedule.
Repeatable across a production run, with less install time and yard mess. Panels ship crated to your labeling, with adhesive and fastener guidance on request.
RV & coachbuilder packages: lower-volume teak and hardwood kits, often on our bonded flooring for a real wood look without the weight. Call us and we will build one to suit.

Do You Sell Finished Floors, The Panels, Or Just The Material?
All three. We build finished custom floors ready to fit, we supply cabin sole and floor panels for your own carpenter to cut and install, and we sell milled hardwoods, veneers, and teak and holly plywood on their own. You choose how much of the job is ours.
What Is Teak & Holly Flooring, And What Do You Build It With?
It is the classic yacht-sole look: teak planks separated by contrasting light strips of holly. We also build it in sapele and holly, cherry and holly, and walnut and holly, in a wide-plank single-species look that uses maple in place of holly for a lighter feel, and in our alternating-width FlipFlop pattern. All of it is 100 percent solid hardwood, hand-matched for color and grain.
Vertical Grain Or Flat Grain, And Does It Matter For A Floor?
It matters. Vertical grain is cut so the growth rings run roughly 60 to 90 degrees to the face, which gives straighter grain lines, more uniform color across a large floor, and greater dimensional stability underfoot. Flat grain is cheaper but moves more and shows a wilder figure. We build in vertical grain because a floor has to stay flat and match across its whole run.
What Is The Difference Between Strip Flooring And Plank Flooring?
Strip flooring is narrower, generally 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches wide, with a classic, more traditional look and more stability. Plank flooring runs wider, 3 to 5 inches or more, for a calmer, more expansive feel with fewer seams, though wider planks can move more in humid conditions. We mill both, and we match the width to the look you want and the scale of the space.
Can You Match An Existing Floor Or Interior?
Yes. This is what we do. We hand-select and match boards for color and grain across an entire floor, and we can match new material to an existing interior. Send photos, a sample, or the species and pattern you are working with and we will match to it.
